I purchased $200 worth of gift cards for a restaurant but when I wanted to use them on the same day, I found out that our local restaurant was closed indefinitely. There's not another location for a couple hours away from me.
I asked for a refund as a courtesy and all I got back was a non sympathetic response telling me that you have a no return policy. I am very disappointed in your company. I have been a long time customer.
I have spent thousands on your company. I have been loyal to you guys despite you issuing two zero balance gift cards to me on two different occasions because I understand accidents can happen but I guess with your company, you can make mistakes, your customers can't.
