Our gift cards were purchased and used the same day I purchased them, however the retailer did not flag them as fraud until Dec 28, 2017.

Cardcash stated that they only have a 45 day guarantee window and will not honor a refund because it's "the risk you take buying from them". It is clear that the 45 day window is there so they can zero out the balances themselves and continue to steal from consumers.

There is a reason this company has thousands and thousands of horrible reviews. They have been cited for their unethical business practices and it is time that we as consumers come together and stop them from stealing from others!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $187.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Fraud, Scam, Fake gift card, It is a risk you take buying from us.
